The Society shall ensure the proper operation, maintenance, repair, renovation and replacement of the Communal Facilities and undertake such Capital Improvements as necessary for this purpose and for the benefit of the Society and for use and enjoyment of every Member.
To maintain, repair, refurbish and otherwise keep in good order and condition the Common Land.

To provide such communal services for the benefit of Members as a general meeting of Members shall direct.
To ensure the proper operation, maintenance, repair, renovation and replacement of the Communal Facilities, and the proper landscaping of any landscaped area on any Common Land.
To ensure the full and proper use of the Communal Facilities by Members.
To levy Members for the purposes of these objects.
To implement rules for the conduct of Members.

Financial statements, presented at the most recent AGM and the minutes of most recent AGM are emailed to Members and also provided on Member's request.
Each year, at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), the Society approves the expenditure budget and establishes the amount of levy to be paid by the Members for the maintenance and administrative expenses for the upkeep of the Common Land and any other expenditure approved by the Committee or a General Meeting of the Society, which are within the objects of the Society.
